Job description
Madison Reed is seeking a General Manager for a Hair Color Bar in the United States. This on-site role leads a team including Shift Leads, Colorists, and Support Specialists, driving guest satisfaction and business growth within Madison Reed’s operating guidelines.
The manager will recruit, train and coach staff, sustain top service standards, manage bookings, memberships and retail, and ensure profitability.
