nOur pay structure:
nService Commission: 40-45% based on sales
nProduct Commission: 10% on your check +10% in your PTO bank
nBirds covers the cost of running all discounts + promotions

nQualifications
n1+ year of hair cutting experience
nTexas State Cosmetology and/or Barber License
