Hair Stylist / Barber - $30-$40+ Per Hour

Sport Clips Bozeman is growing, and we're looking for talented licensed cosmetologists and barbers to join our team.
Walk into an established salon with clients ready for you. No booth rent. No building a clientele from scratch. No chasing clients.
Our compensation combines guaranteed hourly pay + tips + additional earning opportunities , with many stylists earning $30-$40+ per hour in total compensation.
And your starting wage isn't meant to be your finishing wage.
Our performance-based compensation plan gives stylists a clear path to increase their guaranteed hourly pay as their skills and performance grow.

SCHEDULE
Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available
Days, evenings and weekends available.
Store Hours:
Monday-Friday: 9 AM-7 PM
Saturday: 9 AM-6 PM
Sunday: 10 AM-4 PM
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Active Montana Cosmetology or Barber License
Positive, professional and team-oriented attitude
Strong customer service and communication skills
Dependability
Passion for the industry
Willingness to learn, grow and receive coaching
Availability that may include evenings and weekends
JUST GRADUATING? TALK TO US.
You don't need years of experience, a book of clients or previous men's haircutting experience to build a successful career here.
We'll provide the clients. We'll provide the training. You bring your license and the desire to grow.
Free tools may also be available for qualifying new graduates.
