Join a locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy a rewarding career doing what you love! Whether you’re an experienced stylist or a recent graduate, we're excited to meet you.
$14 an hour base to start, guaranteed, and most of our stylists raise their base from there. Most make $28 an hour or more once tips are counted, and our top stylists clear $33. No commission, no booth rent, no building a client list.
Full-time is 30+ hours a week and adds paid time off plus short and long term disability, both paid by us.

What you bring to the team To join the Great Clips salon team as a stylist or barber, you’ll need:
A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
