nAn up-to-date cosmetology license for the state
nThe ability to work weekends (Fridays and Saturday) and be flexible with your schedule (must be able to work peak hours as determined by the bar, typically Thursday through Saturday)
nA passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry and making people feel better
nSalon experience an asset
nJob Responsibilities:
nEnsure the bar’s vibe and hair is consistent with Blo brand standards
nManage bloer recruitment and training through Blo’s signature Blo U(niversity)
nMentor and up-train existing bloers so they are always blo-ing to their true styling potential
nBe a role model and Blo brand ambassador
nParticipation in maintaining a professional, clean, fun and respectful work environment
nOpportunity: potential to be cross-trained on additional services such as makeup, or be promoted to management roles
