Our licensed stylists earn an average of $24-$32+ per hour, including guaranteed pay, tips, and bonuses. We provide industry-leading, hands-on training led by experienced licensed cosmetologists to help you build your skills and advance your career. Paid time off begins on day one, and eligible full-time team members receive health, dental, and vision insurance.
