Job Title: Team Member - Back of House

Responsibilities
Maintain top-notch sanitation, health, and safety standards in all work areas.
Keep food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils sparkling clean.
Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles with ease.
Ensure every dish meets our high standards for quality and quantity.
Take food and drink orders and handle customer payments efficiently.
Prepare and cook food according to orders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Wash, cut, and prepare ingredients for cooking.
Accurately measure ingredients for specific menu items.
Prepare dough by following recipes and mix ingredients for items like pancake or waffle batters.
Coordinate activities and equipment use with managers to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with ordering and receiving supplies to keep our kitchen stocked and ready.
Requirements
Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions and food order slips.
Strong oral comprehension and communication skills.
Ability to maintain composure and self-control in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrates reliability, responsibility, and dependability.
Enjoys working collaboratively and building positive relationships with colleagues.
Capable of identifying information, making decisions, and solving problems efficiently.
