Position Details:
100% Outpatient Practice - Primary Care Internal Medicine
Salary Range: $132,500-$178,000+ (may include productivity/bonuses). Compensation is subject to the individual department compensation plans. Additional information is discussed during the recruitment process.
SIGN-ON BONUS
Full comprehensive benefits package including pension plans and 401K
PAID VACATION, CME and SICK time including annual CME allowance.
Shareholder track (2 years for 1.0FTE; 4 years for 0.5FTE)
PAID MALPRACTICE
Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible
Shared call (phone call only) across a large provider pool
2.5-day work week averaging 16-20 patients/day—Flexible scheduling available, option of ½ day virtual care—NO NIGHTS and NO WEEKENDS
Board certification/board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Board certification required within 2 years of employment
EPIC EMR utilized system-wide

Group provides patients a full range of services across 30 different specialties
All clinics have a lead RN, triage RN, LVNs and 1:1 Provider/MA ratio plus operations team
Integrated EMR system allows for seamless communication among group PCP's & specialists
Group has 200+ primary care providers throughout the county; built in referral system
