JOB SUMMARY
The Hand Inserter plays a crucial role in our production team by efficiently assembling multiple components into envelopes, attaching stamps, and ensuring adherence to quality and production standards. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and effective communication with management regarding production issues.

Responsibilities and Activities
Inserts multiple components into envelopes and attach stamps.
Follows instructions and is able to pay attention to detail.
Meets and exceeds production standards and maintains customer quality requirements.
Communicates job status and production concerns/issues.
Follows all safety policies and procedures.
Adheres to all current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Communicates with Management on any problems developing and corrective action.
Works with urgency when working on a deadline to get product to the customer.
Continues learning new and improved processes to achieve increased production.
Facilitates teamwork among team members.
Performs additional responsibilities as required to ensure the team's success.
