Hand Solder / Touch-Up OperatorWe are seeking a skilled Hand Solder / Touch-Up Operator to join our client's team in Southlake, TX. This role is ideal for someone with steady hands, attention to detail, and experience in electronics assembly or similar work.Key Responsibilities:Perform precision hand soldering and touch-up work on electronic componentsInspect and repair solder joints to meet quality standardsRead and follow assembly instructions, blueprints, or schematicsMaintain a clean and organized work areaEnsure compliance with safety and quality protocolsQualifications:Previous experience in hand soldering and/or electronics assembly requiredAbility to work with small parts and use fine motor skillsStrong attention to detail and quality-focused mindsetAbility to work in a seated position for extended periodsReliable, punctual, and able to meet production deadlinesWhy You'll Love This Role:Steady Monday–Friday schedule — no weekendsCompetitive pay at $18/hourOpportunity to work with a respected, stable company in the electronics industryIf you have the skills and take pride in precision work, we invite you to apply!
