Hand & Upper Extremity Orthopaedic Surgery | Central Wisconsin Hub
Join an established, independent, physician-led orthopaedic group with a practice-owned ASC and immediate surgical volume.
Position Highlights
100% Hand & Upper Extremity Focus: 100% specialized case mix (~550 annual cases) with immediate surgical volume and built-in referrals
Schedule & Facilities: Schedule: 2–3 clinic days (~30–35 patients/day) & 2–2.5 OR days per week
On-Site Resources: Practice-owned ASC (90% of cases), PT, walk-in ortho clinic, and imaging
Call: ~1:5 weekend call (trauma covered 20 days/month by surgicalists); call decreases after partnership
Compensation & Partnership Track: Pre-Partner Earning: $500,000+ realistic earning potential via collections-based productivity model
Partner Earning: $800,000 – $1,000,000+ annually with a partnership track and equity options in practice, ASC, and real estate
Candidate Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
Fellowship-trained in Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery
