Job description
University Hospitals Elyria/Sheffield Outpatient Hand Therapist is a full-time position (40 hours/week), Monday through Friday, focusing on hand therapy within an outpatient setting.
The role requires graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program, Ohio OT licensure, and BLS within 90 days. Responsibilities include evaluation, treatment planning, patient education, discharge planning, and documentation while complying with PHI and UH policies.
