Job description

JAG Physical Therapy in Warren, New Jersey is seeking an Occupational Therapist with hand therapy experience for a Per Diem role. The ideal candidate will assess patients, develop treatment plans, fabricate custom orthoses, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maximize functional independence.

Requirements include a NJ license, a degree in OT (Bachelor’s or Master’s; Doctorate preferred), and outpatient hand therapy experience.
