Job description
Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Sales Department Manager to lead a store team in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales.
You will recruit, hire, train, and motivate staff, set an example by achieving department goals, and build a business plan with the team to maximize opportunities. You will work closely with the merchant team to ensure the right merchandise is available and actively sell on the floor to create a loyal customer base.
