Descriptions/ Job Summary:Handler Training LeadJob Type: Full-Time, HourlyCompetitive pay rates based on experienceGlobal K9 Protection Group LLC is looking for a dedicated and passionate Handler Site Trainer to serve as an integral part of the GK9PG Team.Responsibilities:K9 InstructionK9 Behavior Adjustment and MonitoringMobile K9 Behavioral SolutionsBlind AuditsInternal AuditsK9 Records ManagementPreparing CETA Training SchedulesK9 ProficiencyK9 TrainingMentor, Train, Monitor Handler & K9 ProficiencyK9 Medical and Behavioral AssessmentMaintaining and ensuring TSA Certification standards and proficiency for Global K9 Handlers and their canines.Development and implementation of training standards and updates,Coordinate field practice events and develop and update policies and procedures.Implementation of training procedures.Coordinate and manage local proficiency training.Compliance of all GK9PG Policies and Procedures, TSA Policies as related to CCSPK9Manage training logs of all K9 team progression.Ability to get and maintain a Employee Possessor license through ATFMentors, inspires and champions employees for continued growth and development.Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities; contributes to building a positive team spirit.Effectively communicate customer related issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.Able to lead others with tact, respect, and professionalism.Reach across organizational lines to integrate and streamline essential functions.Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.Ability to create, to maintain, and prepare records and reports.Able to perform tasks with minimal or no oversight.Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.Must be able to prioritize multi-tasking enable to effectively complete work in timely manner.Able to identify problems, suggest and implement solutions, and react to change with a high degree of attention to detail and foresight.Able to work outside normal business hours including weekends as needed.Relocation Allowance – Not Available
