Job description
O'Steen Automotive Group is seeking a high-energy General Sales Manager (GSM) to lead the Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram sales operation in Nashville, GA. This hands-on leader will desk deals, coach a team, and build a high-performing culture focused on profitability and customer experience.
The GSM will manage New and Pre-Owned Vehicle and F&I departments, set aggressive targets, and drive showroom performance with a front-line leadership approach."
