Job description
The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) is seeking a hands-on Manager of Software Development to lead a team of developers and QA engineers while actively contributing to software design and development. This role emphasizes AWS cloud-native development, software quality, CI/CD, and architecture standards across custom and off‑the‑shelf solutions.
You will mentor staff, drive delivery KPIs, and ensure MSRB practices align with enterprise standards and Regulation SCI requirements.
