Job description
Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk, to drive high-volume, fast-casual operations in Duluth, MN. The role requires a player-coach approach, working side-by-side with the team on line, register, and drive-thru during every rush.
You will own people, products, and profits within your four walls, setting pace and ensuring brand standards, food quality, and customer satisfaction while managing labor, inventory, and costs.
