Job description
Ayvaz Pizza LLC in Rio Rancho, NM is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from behind a desk. This is a hands-on, high‑tempo role for a player‑coach who works line, register, and drive‑thru during rushes and sets the pace by joining the team on the floor.
You will be responsible for end-to-end restaurant operations, food safety, customer service, brand standards, and developing the team while managing labor, inventory, and costs.
