Job description
Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, partners with the team, and drives success in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. The GM will own people, products, and profits, manage labor and costs, and maintain top service standards while embodying hands-on leadership accepted on every shift.
This operator must thrive in fast-paced environments, lead by example, and develop future leaders through coaching and real-time involvement on the floor.
