Job description
Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk. This hands-on GM will work alongside the team during every rush, setting the pace and modelling the behavior expected on the line, in the oven, and at the register.
You will own people, products, and profits inside four walls, drive operations, training, scheduling, and guest satisfaction, while relentlessly focusing on speed, quality, and cost control.
