Job description
Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk. This is a hands-on operator role where you work line, oven, and register during rushes, driving the shift with speed and presence.
You will own people, product, and profit inside your four walls, mentoring a team, managing labor and food costs, and ensuring exceptional guest experience daily on a high-volume dining floor.
