Job description
Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Texas who leads from the floor, working alongside the team during peak periods to set the pace on line, at the register, and in drive-thru. This role owns people, product, and profit, building culture through in-the-trenches leadership and accountability.
You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, manage labor and costs, ensure food safety, and drive guest satisfaction with fast, decisive action on the floor.
