Job description
Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Woodstock, VA who leads from the floor, not from a desk. This hands-on operator will manage people, product, and profit while working beside the team during every rush.
You will lead shifts on line, oven, register, and drive-thru, set the pace, and own the customer experience. You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, balance schedules, and uphold brand standards with a focus on speed and quality.
