Job description
Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from behind a desk. This hands-on operator will work line, oven, and drive-thru during peak periods, setting the pace alongside the team and ensuring food quality, service, and cleanliness meet brand standards.
You will recruit, train, coach, and develop team members, manage labor and costs, and drive sales through speed and guest satisfaction.
