Job description
Sophie's Cuban Cuisine is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a team focused on exceptional service and guest experiences. The role requires strong leadership, management of P&L, and a passion for hospitality.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in high-volume restaurants and must be fluent in English, with Spanish preferred. Must be open to working nights, weekends, and some holidays.
