Job description
Medstaff Group in the Greater New York City metropolitan area is seeking a hands-on Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Vice President of Operations to lead a growing network of outpatient clinics and build scalable systems that support expansion.
This executive operator will roll up their sleeves, standardize workflows, establish KPIs, and partner with ownership and senior leadership to drive patient experience, staff efficiency, and financial performance across multiple sites.
