Job description
Metallized Carbon Corporation is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to lead day-to-day quality operations on the production floor. The role collaborates with engineering, production and customers to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure product conformance to specifications.
The ideal candidate will manage a Quality Department, drive QMS compliance, and supervise inspectors in a fast-paced job shop environment. Strong technical and communication skills are required.
