Job description
Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk, to run a high-volume, fast-casual operation in Florence, SC. This role requires being on the line, on the register, and on the floor during every rush, setting the pace by working alongside the team.
You will own people, product, and profit, but do so on the floor with the team. Expect comprehensive leadership, P&L oversight, and a relentless focus on speed, quality, and guest experience.
