Restaurant Associates in Westchester, NY is seeking a hands-on Senior Sous Chef to partner with the Executive Chef and lead daily culinary operations across a corporate café, executive dining room, and premier catering program.
You will mentor the culinary team, maintain top food quality and sanitation standards, and ensure an elevated guest experience in a luxury corporate dining environment. Schedule is Monday through Friday with flexibility.
