Job description
L3Harris ForceX is seeking a Software Engineering Manager in Nashville to lead a cross-functional team of ~15 engineers. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on software development, testing, and delivery of key programs. Strong Agile experience and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance are required.
The candidate will recruit, mentor, and manage staff, ensure technical excellence, and keep programs staffed and within budget using lifecycle tools.
