Job description
Lidl in Paramus, NJ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in coaching the team and delivering Lidl’s high-quality, low-price shopping experience that customers expect.
You will lead daily operations, drive KPI improvements, oversee weekly promos and merchandising, and provide hands-on support for cash handling, stocking, and store upkeep, always maintaining a safe, customer-focused environment.
