Job description
Lindstrom Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking a Vice President of Operations. This senior role will oversee the company's day-to-day operations across its multi-brand platform in the home and commercial services sector.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing residential/commercial trades, a strong understanding of P&L dynamics, and proven leadership in a fast-paced, acquisition-driven environment.
This position offers a base salary range of $110,000–$120,000, performance incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).
