Handyman / CarpenterMr. Handyman is seeking skilled and reliable Handyman / Carpenter to join our team. If you are passionate about helping people with their home improvement needs and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!Your Responsibilities as a Handyman / CarpenterCreate, present, and sell project estimatesDiagnose issues and develop effective solutionsPerform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks with efficiency and qualityCommunicate effectively with customers and staffManage and acquire materials as neededCollaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and exceed customer expectationsQualificationsLive within the service areaAt least 8 years of proven experience as a handyman / carpenter, with skills in various tradesWilling to undergo a background check and drug testStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlinesHave your own professional grade tools for a wide variety of jobsPossess valid driver's license and can be insured for driving our vehicleAble to lift 50 pounds independentlyComfortable safely working at heights and overhead for extended periods of timeProfessional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicleAs an experienced handyman / carpenter, you must have strong proficiency in at least three (3) of the following:CarpentryBathroom improvementsKitchen improvementsPaintingDrywall work, minor and major repairsMinor plumbing and electricalFloor installation and refurbishingFamiliar with building codesBenefits & PayThe pay range for this position is $1,100.00 to $1,800.00 per weekCompany assigned work van, fuel and maintenance paid by companyOffice team dedicated to filling your scheduleA customer service team that answers all calls and helps you take care of the clientsFlexibility with hours so you can take care of life's important eventsTechnician iPad and support for using our state-of-the-art system, Service TitanPaid Holidays, PTO, 401K, Dental, Vision, Medical plans, Bonus payRemember, we're looking to hire only the best.
