With more than 100 years of experience, we build quality into every fiber, letting your ideas take flight.DutiesPerform commercial remodeling and renovation workFinish carpentry and trim installationDrywall installation, repair, and finishingAccurate measuring, cutting, fitting, and installationInstall floor tile, wall tile and backsplashes in renovation and remodeling projectsPrepare substrates properly before installationPerform mortar/thinset applicationMake accurate cuts around walls, corners, drains, niches, fixtures, and other obstaclesComplete grouting, caulking, transitions, and finishing workFamiliar with plumbing tools and equipmentMeasure, cut and bend pipe materialDiagnose plumbing issues and recommend the best solutionsPerform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenanceRead and follow plans, drawings, measurements, and layoutsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaComplete assigned work according to project specification and quality standardsJob Knowledge and Educational RequirementsJob knowledge requires vocational or similar training, including basic shop math to aid in the interpretation and the utilization of data from engineering drawings, manufacturing specifications and procedures.High school diploma preferred; candidates with the ability to obtain an accredited GED are encouraged to apply.ExperienceMinimum of Five (5) Years' experience in Carpentry, Tile and PlumbingGeneral Physical Requirements• Lifting, standing, sitting, stooping, bending, grasping, holding, reaching, pushing, and pulling are generally required to perform the functions of this position
