HIRING HANDYMEN - IMMEDIATE START
We are hiring experienced Handymen for commercial apartment renovations and turns.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of commercial handyman experience
* Experience with apartment renovations/turns
* Valid Driver's License
* Own transportation and tools
* Available to start immediately
Job Duties:
* Post-construction cleaning and move-in-ready preparation
* Changing light fixtures, outlets, and faucets
* Interior painting
* Flooring installation, including vinyl and planks
* Carpentry work
* Adjusting/replacing doors and installing door hardware
* Installing baseboards
* General handyman and apartment turnover tasks
Pay:
* Ewing, NJ: $18/hr
* Somerset, NJ: $20-$23/hr
* Annapolis, MD: $23-$25/hr
Job Type: Full-Time, 1099
Schedule: Monday-Friday
