Review bonus: $20 per verified 5-star Google or Yelp review. Quality bonus: $50/month for zero callbacks or rework.With bonuses and upsells, our top craftsmen can take home $1,200–$1,400/week. Average performers earn $900–$1,200/week. If you're highly skilled, efficient, and produce great work, you can earn more.We Handle the Business Side So You Can Focus On What You Love Scheduling and dispatch, calendar provided daily. Customer communication, our office handles calls and issues. Billing and collections, we chase the money, not you. Lead generation and marketing, we keep the pipeline full.What We Provide We cover your payroll taxes, general liability insurance, and workers comp. Monthly team dinners.What We're Looking For This role is for experienced, confident craftsmen who take pride in their work. Strong experience in several of the following:Carpentry and finish carpentryDrywall repair and installationInterior paintingDoors, windows, and trimMinor plumbing and fixturesTile workFraming and structural repairsHome remodeling and renovationYou're a great fit if you: Have 5+ years of residential repair and remodeling experience. Take pride in clean, quality work. Communicate professionally with customers. Want income that reflects your skill. Are confident in your skills and want to earn accordingly.Requirements Reliable work vehicle (truck or van). Professional-grade tools. Smartphone with reliable internet (used daily for job details). Valid driver's license and active auto insurance. 5+ years residential repair and remodeling experience. Dependability, punctuality, and clear communication.Schedule & Pay Details Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM typical hours. W-2 employee. Paid every Friday via direct deposit.
