We are currently seeking a Handyman Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
* Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
* Estimate time and extent of repairs
* Perform routine preventive maintenance
* Maintain material and supply inventory
* Communication with scheduling team and customers
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in PATCH AND PAINT, BASIC PLUMBING, BASIC ELECTRICAL, FURNITURE ASSEMBLY, HANDYMAN WORK
* Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
* Ability to handle physical workload
* Deadline and detail-oriented
THIS JOB REQUIRES MINIMUM 10 YRS EXPERIENCE IN THIS LINE OF WORK. FLUENT ENGLISH AND DRIVERS LICENSE IS AS WELL A MUST REQUIRMENT FOR THIS JOB
