Skilled Handyman Technician (Residential Service & Repair)$30–$35/hr + Bonuses + Allowances | Company Vehicle Opportunity | Full-TimeWe're hiring an experienced Skilled Handyman Technician to join a growing residential service team supporting homeowners throughout the Portland metro and SW Washington area. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys variety in their day, and can confidently work independently in customers' homes.If you have experience across multiple trades and are looking for a long-term opportunity with steady work, competitive pay, and room to grow, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoPerform a variety of residential repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks, including:Drywall repair and patchingBasic carpentry and trim workDoor and hardware repairsFence and exterior repairsCaulking and general home maintenanceLight plumbing repairs and fixture replacementsPainting touch-ups and finishing workOther handyman service tasks as neededMost technicians complete 1–3 jobs per day, depending on project size and complexity.What We're Looking ForPrevious handyman, maintenance, remodeling, or residential construction experienceComfortable working across multiple tradesAbility to diagnose issues and complete jobs independentlyStrong communication and professionalism in customers' homesReliable, punctual, and detail-orientedComfortable learning and using scheduling/mobile appsValid driver's license and dependable transportationCompensation & BenefitsStarting pay: $30/hourPerformance-based raises at 30, 60, and 90 daysLong-term earning potential up to $35/hour$25/job vehicle allowance during first 30 daysTool allowanceCell phone allowanceMonthly bonus opportunities after 90 daysPotential access to a company vehicle after successful onboarding and approvalTraining & GrowthNew hires receive hands-on onboarding and support, including shadowing with an experienced technician during the first week.
