Overnight Private Duty Nurse (LPN/RN)Location: Northern York County, PA

Pay Rate: $32.00 - $38.00 per Hour
Shift: Overnight Shifts Available
Make a Difference One Patient at a TimeMaxim Healthcare Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled one-on-one care for patients in the Hanvover area during the overnight hours. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who enjoy building meaningful patient relationships while delivering high-quality care in a home setting.
ResponsibilitiesProvide skilled nursing care in accordance with the physician's plan of care
Monitor and assess patient conditions
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Document patient care accurately and timely
Educate patients and family members regarding health needs and care plans
Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and the healthcare team
Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
QualificationsCurrent and unrestricted Pennsylvania LPN or RN license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong assessment and clinical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a homecare setting
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Homecare or private duty nursing experience preferred, but not required
