Our field team and office staff are here to support you every step of the way.We are actively hiring experienced tile installers and motivated apprentices who want to work hard, learn, and be part of something great.ResponsibilitiesInstall all types of tile flooring and wall finishes (porcelain, mosaic, stone, etc.)Prepare job sites by leveling subfloors, removing old material, and ensuring clean workspacesApply setting materials such as thin-set and mortarMeasure, cut, and place tile with accuracy and attention to detailRead and interpret construction plans and specificationsUse power tools (wet saws, miter saws, grinders, etc.) safely and effectivelyFollow safety protocols and help promote a safe work environmentCommunicate clearly with foremen, coworkers, and clientsPerform high-quality work that meets company standards and exceeds expectationsRequirements1+ years of tile installation experience preferred.Motivated entry-level applicants with a strong work ethic are encouraged to applyValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to work flexible hours, including occasional nights and weekendsClear communication, time management, and attention to detailPositive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellenceAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningBenefitsPay range: $18.00 to $35.00 per hour, based on experience and skill levelSteady, year-round employmentPaid holidays and vacationHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with company matchOngoing training and professional developmentStrong support system from both the field and office teamEqual opportunity employer and drug-free workplace
