Restaurant General Manager – Hardee's

Responsibilities
Develop, support, and lead the restaurant team.
Ensure sales growth by maintaining the highest standards in quality, service, and cleanliness with a constant focus on profitability.
Interview and hire qualified staff, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Schedule sufficient staff to meet guest flow and manage labor costs within company standards.
Train the management team and crew using the current training system; evaluate performance at designated intervals and design development plans.
Foster a cooperative and harmonious working relationship with staff and management; provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
Assist with crew duties when needed.
Lead crew and management team meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety, security, and training.
Maintain adequate inventory and control it to meet the company food‑cost variance standard.
Maintain reports and records in compliance with company standards, state and federal regulations.
Maintain building and equipment using proper operating, cleaning, and preventative maintenance procedures.
Be responsible for all cash and ensure adherence to cash procedures.
Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism at all times.
Adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and compliant environment.
Consistently exhibit actions and behaviors that best demonstrate BNE’s vision and values, perform other tasks as directed, and represent Boddie‑Noell Enterprises positively.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must be 18 years or older.
Must meet the physical demands required of the role.
2–5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
Strong conflict‑resolution, organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Ability to balance hands‑on work with effective delegation.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Ability to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
Availability to work all shifts and weekends.
