Job description
Restaurant Shift Leader
A leadership role responsible for running a Hardee’s restaurant in the absence of the Senior or General Manager, focusing on service quality, cleanliness, profitability, and team development.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
Train and develop crew under management direction.
Maintain harmonious relationships with management and crew.
Assist with crew duties as needed.
Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations, promotions, safety, security, and training.
Manage labor cost to meet company standards.
Control inventory to meet company GAP standard.
Maintain reports and records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Maintain building and equipment using proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures.
Responsible for all cash during shifts, including bank deposits and adherence to cash procedures.
Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism at all times.
Enforce all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies to provide a safe and compliant environment.
Consistently exhibit behaviors that align with BNE’s Vision and Values; perform other tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older.
Must meet the physical demands required of the role.
Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
1 year of shift management experience.
Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
Preferably a valid driver’s license.
