Job description
Emerson is seeking a Hardware Design Intern for Summer 2027 in Round Rock or Austin, TX. You’ll collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers to design controllers, I/O, and field devices behind DeltaV, Emerson’s flagship control system.
You will gain hands-on experience with PCB layout, mechanical enclosure work, and lab bring-up, while mentors guide you through real backlog projects and design reviews. This internship emphasizes learning and teamwork.
