Hardware Production TechnicianVoltus is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Hardware Production Technician to join our Hardware Production team within Field Operations. This onsite role combines hardware assembly, testing, troubleshooting, quality control, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-directed, analytical, and takes ownership of producing accurate, high-quality work.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble, wire, program, test, and troubleshoot low-voltage data acquisition hardware (Voltlets).Follow SOPs, wiring diagrams, and QC processes to ensure consistent and reliable hardware.Prepare and package hardware for deployment to customer sites and maintain accurate records in internal systems.Work with Project Engineers to fulfill hardware orders and troubleshoot field hardware issues.Maintain production documentation and identify opportunities to improve quality, reliability, and efficiency.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent and 2–3 years of relevant assembly or manufacturing experience; technical certifications, vocational training, or an Associate or Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics, manufacturing, engineering technology, or a related field preferred.Detail-oriented, dependable, self-directed, analytical, and accountable, with strong communication and organizational skills.Experience with low-voltage electrical systems, wiring diagrams, hand tools, and basic hardware troubleshooting.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience accurately maintaining records in digital systems.Experience with ERP or CRM systems, Salesforce, manufacturing work orders, inventory processes, telemetry or hardware configuration platforms, and SOP documentation.Combination of sitting and standing, use of a pallet jack, and occasionally lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds safely.$48,000 - $58,000 a year Compensation: Base pay is $48,000-$58,000 annually, commensurate with experience, with 10% bonus paid annually, and equity.
