Job description
Raytheon is seeking a Hardware Program Quality Engineer (PQE) to support the Upper Tier Missile Defense portfolio across Woburn, Andover, Tewksbury or Marlborough, MA. The role focuses on early quality issue mitigation, design reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure reliability from development through sustainment.
The role requires a STEM degree with 5+ years in hardware quality/design, strong cPDM experience, RCA capabilities, and travel up to 10% with on-site work.
