Job description
Tive Inc. is seeking a Hardware Engineering – Sustaining engineer to keep in-market products reliable and improving. You will investigate hardware issues, identify root causes, and drive cross-functional solutions across design, manufacturing, and quality teams.
You will manage ECOs, coordinate with CM partners in the US, handle field failures, and support manufacturing with DFM feedback and FATP/SMT guidance. A BS/MS in EE with 4+ years in sustaining or high-volume electronics is desired.
