Job description
Tive is building a transparent world where shipments are tracked end-to-end. As Hardware Engineering - Sustaining, you will keep the in-market fleet healthy, investigate field failures, manage ECOs and revisions, and support manufacturing for US-market products.
You will drive root-cause analysis (8D/5-Why), coordinate with contract manufacturers, address supplier issues, perform RMA/refurbishment tasks, and triage sustaining issues across product lines to enable ongoing design improvements.
