Job description
Community Access seeks a Harm Reduction Specialist to engage residents using a non-judgmental harm reduction approach and provide individual and group support. The role includes staff training, program leadership, and collaboration with the Harm Reduction Committee to advance service delivery.
You will facilitate groups, conduct trainings, ensure timely documentation, and coordinate with housing programs to support residents moving toward stable community living.
