Job description
The Ranch Laguna Beach is seeking an experienced food and beverage supervisor to lead daily service, ensure grooming standards, and coordinate with kitchen and order takers to deliver high-quality dining experiences.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in F&B service, 1+ year of supervisory experience in a fine dining or hotel/resort setting, and strong communication and leadership skills. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive compensation.
